Thank you for choosing our skincare consultation and treatment services. We are committed to providing expert guidance and a smooth booking experience. Please review the policy below before booking an appointment.

1. Consultation Fees (Non-Refundable) +

Our consultation fee covers the time, expertise, and personalized assessment during your appointment.

Before investing, please go through our clients’ before/after pictures and testimonials because the consultancy fee is non-refundable.

Once an appointment is booked and paid for, the consultation fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling +
  • You may reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
3. Digital Products, Plans, or Treatment Protocols +

Any digital skincare plan, personalized recommendation, or treatment protocol is considered delivered once shared. These items are non-refundable.

4. Technical Issues During Online Consultations +

If an issue arises from our side (technical problem, provider unavailability), we will:

  • Reschedule your appointment for free, or
  • Provide an alternative solution.

No refunds will be provided.

If the issue is from the client’s side (poor internet, device issue), the consultation fee remains non-refundable.

5. Product Refunds (If Applicable) +

For physical skincare products:

  • Only unused, unopened, undamaged products are eligible within 7 days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping must be paid by the customer.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

Customized, prescription-based, or personal-care items cannot be returned or refunded.
