Thank you for choosing our skincare consultation and treatment services. We are committed to providing expert guidance and a smooth booking experience. Please review the policy below before booking an appointment.
Our consultation fee covers the time, expertise, and personalized assessment during your appointment.
Before investing, please go through our clients’ before/after pictures and testimonials because the consultancy fee is non-refundable.
Once an appointment is booked and paid for, the consultation fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- You may reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
- No-shows will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
Any digital skincare plan, personalized recommendation, or treatment protocol is considered delivered once shared. These items are non-refundable.
If an issue arises from our side (technical problem, provider unavailability), we will:
- Reschedule your appointment for free, or
- Provide an alternative solution.
No refunds will be provided.
If the issue is from the client’s side (poor internet, device issue), the consultation fee remains non-refundable.
For physical skincare products:
- Only unused, unopened, undamaged products are eligible within 7 days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping must be paid by the customer.
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
Customized, prescription-based, or personal-care items cannot be returned or refunded.
